STAFF from intu Braehead have been volunteering to work at Renfrewshire Foodbank’s warehouse in Renfrew.
They helped sort out the thousands of food donations, getting boxes ready for distribution to those who need help the most.

The volunteer work was part of intu’s company-wide initiative encouraging staff to take the time from their work schedule to help support a local charity or community group.
Elizabeth Alexander, Project Manager, at Renfrewshire Foodbank said: “The volunteers from intu Braehead are such a great help to us, especially at this time of year when our warehouse is so busy.
“We really enjoy working with them all, they are so obliging. I hope they will come back in the future. Thank you to every one of them.”
Lydia Brown, community development manager at intu Braehead said: “Our staff have been brilliant at coming forward to help local good causes and Renfrewshire Foodbank is certainly a good cause.

“Most of our staff come from local communities around intu Braehead. We encourage them and make it as easy as we can for them to play a positive role in helping their community.”
