Free curling sessions and coaching for beginners is on offer at the intu Braehead Curling Rink.
The Try Curling initiative is run by the sport’s national governing body in Scotland, The Royal Caledonian Curling Club over three days this weekend.
The hour-long Try Curling sessions are being held on Friday 18th September, at 5.45pm, 6.45pm and 7.45pm; and at noon and 1pm on Saturday and Sunday, 19th & 20th September.
Scott Martin, general manager of intu Braehead Leisure said: “This is a great opportunity for adults and juniors aged eight and over to try their hand at this sport, which is growing in popularity.
“Everyone is welcome to come along for the free curling and coaching sessions and all people need to bring with them is a clean pair of trainers and a warm jumper.”
