UPDATE: Police Scotland: “Lisa has been traced safe and well in Glasgow.”

Police Scotland is appealing for information to help trace a 16 year-old missing from Paisley.

Lisa Black, 16 was last seen today around midday on Limeview Avenue, Paisley.

She is described as around 5ft 4, of slim build, with light brown collar length hair and brown eyes. When last seen she was wearing a black ‘Twenty One Pilots’ band t-shirt and dark Adidas leggings with white lettering down the side.

Sergeant Steven Anderson, Paisley Police Office, said: “Lisa has been dealing with some personal issues recently and therefore her family and friends are growing increasingly concerned for her wellbeing. She has never been missing before and has left without any money or her mobile phone.

“Officers have been checking CCTV, making door to door enquiries and are using additional resources including the Police helicopter in efforts to trace her.
“We would appeal for anyone who has seen Lisa or knows of her whereabouts to get in touch with us.

“We would also appeal to Lisa herself to get in touch with her family to let them know you are okay.”

Anyone with information should contact Police via 101.
