Getting members and guests of Paisley & District University of the Third Age (U3A) into the festive mood took all of two minutes when ‘danceSing’ entertained everyone at the recent December meeting.
Willing volunteers took to the floor in Paisley’s Salvation Army Hall in Mill Street to try out their vocal chords and dance moves in a few gentle routines.
U3A chair, Kathleen O’Donnell said: “Thanks to the fun way the two ‘danceSing’ professionals, Lindsey and Natalie led this workshop, most of our members had a go at singing ‘I’ll be home for Christmas’ in two part harmony. We even managed to do a bit of salsa next. It was a great way to end the meeting and get us in the Christmas mood.”
Paisley & District U3A monthly meetings restart in February 2019. Check details at: https://u3asites.org.uk/paisley.
