Taylor Wimpey West Scotland is offering buyers who reserve a new home during January the opportunity to secure a special incentive of up to £2,000 towards LBTT, flooring or legal fees on selected new homes at developments right across the west of Scotland.

For many buyers, finding a new place to call home is part of their New Year’s resolution, so now is the perfect time to make this year the time to get on the move with Taylor Wimpey.

Potential purchasers can also secure a move to a new home using Taylor Wimpey’s helpful Part Exchange scheme, which is available on selected new homes at a choice of developments. This popular scheme aims to help buyers avoid the stress of trying to sell their exisiting property, plus there are no estate agency fees to worry about which means a move to a new home can be as easy and stress-free as possible.

The Scottish Government backed Help to Buy (Scotland) scheme is also available on new build properties up to £200,000 at a choice of Taylor Wimpey West Scotland developments. Eligible purchasers will receive a Scottish Government equity loan of up to 15%, which means that buyers only need to put down a 5% deposit and may only require a 80% loan-to-value mortgage.

Alternatively, the First Home Fund, which allows buyers to own 100% of their new property but the Scottish Government will contribute a maximum of 49% equity stake based on a property’s value or purchase price, whichever is lower, and up to a maximum of £25,000 is available to eligible first-time buyers.
