M&S Paisley has welcomed Percy Pig and local Langcraigs Football Club President, David Reid, to the store to help customers celebrate Scotland’s next match against England at Wembley.

Sporting his own football strip, Percy greeted customers throughout the day, helping shoppers select those last-minute staples ahead of the game.

Kirk Russell, Store Manager at M&S Paisley said: “As the Euros 2020 get underway we were delighted to welcome Percy to our store to celebrate Scotland’s first games with both our customers and colleagues. We have a fantastic selection of treats in store to see you and your family or friends through those big-match moments – from our new craft beers, to our 3 for £7 deli deal and one of my firm favourites, the Raspberry Ripple Cake Jar, there’s something for everyone to help ease those nail-biting moments!”

Langcraigs Football Club is an amateur club set up in 1999 which plays in the Greater Glasgow AFL. David Reid has been a member of the local football club for over 18 years and has been its President for 12 years.
