Police Scotland have released images of a man who police officers believe may be able to assist them with an ongoing inquiry into a reported incident at Spey Avenue, Foxbar, Paisley in the early hours of the morning on Saturday 28th February 2015.
The male attended Vienna’s nightclub, New Street Paisley during the evening of Friday 27nd February 2015 before leaving in a taxi at around 12.10am on Saturday morning.
He is described as white, aged between late teens to early twenties, around 5ft 9 in height and at the time, he was wearing a grey polo shirt and dark skinny jeans.
Detectives are appealing for anyone who recognises the man in the images or who may have other information to contact police as it is believed he may be able to help officers with their investigation. Detective Inspector Louise Harvie of Renfrew Police Office said today: “Since this incident was reported to police extensive enquiries have been carried out in the town centre and the Foxbar area. Officers have also been viewing a large amount of CCTV footage.
“I would ask anyone with information that may assist police enquiries, or anyone who recognises the man in the CCTV images to contact Police Scotland on 101. Alternatively CRIMESTOPPERS can be contacted on 0800 555 111, where anonymity can be maintained.”
