Work is set to get underway this week at a new luxury housing development off Shillingworth Place, in Bridge of Weir.
Charles Church West Scotland are poised to start work on the six acre ‘Shillingworth’ development which will deliver 62 executive family homes to the area.
The £20 million development will feature a collection of four, five and six bedroom detached homes in eight different house styles.
The housebuilder was granted planning approval by Renfrewshire Council in October this year and the first homes are expected to be completed by summer next year.

Doug Law, managing director at Charles Church West Scotland, said: “This is a very exciting development for Charles Church and we are delighted to have secured such a sought-after location.
“We are confident that the bespoke range of properties at Shillingworth will meet the needs of the housing market in this desirable town appealing to a range of buyers looking for something special.
“We pride ourselves in the quality and location of our homes and are pleased that this development can offer the very best of both worlds being set in a beautiful rural setting yet within walking distance of the town centre and easy reach of commuter links to Glasgow and the surrounding areas.”
Potential buyers are invited to register their interest in the homes via the Charles Church website – www.charleschurch.com.
