Storm Ali moved over Renfrewshire today causing travel problems with a number of trees covering roads.
In Newton Street, Paisley a tree crushed a car. However, no one was injured as the car was empty at the time.
Trees fell at Fereneze Drive Paisley, Kilbarchan Road Johnstone, Lodge Park & West Glen Road, Kilmacolm, Fulton Drive & Carrick Centre, Houston and Hazelwood Road, Bridge of Weir blocking traffic from passing.

Sandstone fell from the top of a building in New Street, Paisley in front of the Bull Inn pub.
Trains passing through Paisley Gilmour Street station were delayed for most of the day and trains on the Paisley Canal line were cancelled.
A number of flights were cancelled at Glasgow Airport.
