HeLi Boutique in Renfrew will hold a fundraising day and its biggest sale to date in support of ENABLE Renfrew on Saturday 12th September.

The event will run from 11am to 4pm at the boutique, 4 Fulbar Street. It will include a raffle, reductions on previous stock and a free glass of fizz for shoppers.

Raffle tickets cost £5 a strip, or three strips for £10. All money raised will go to ENABLE Renfrew.

ENABLE Renfrew is a volunteer-led social club and registered charity branch which supports adults and children with learning disabilities and additional support needs. It provides friendship, recreational activities and support for people across Renfrewshire as an affiliated branch of ENABLE Scotland.

The event has received donations from local businesses and individuals, with prizes including an overnight stay, afternoon tea, beauty treatments, jewellery, vouchers, hampers, gym passes and tribute night tickets.

HeLi Boutique was opened by Tracey Williamson on 6th December last year. The business is named after her daughters, Heather and Libby.

It sells ladies’ fashion and accessories, as well as baby and toddler clothing, art and gifts from local small businesses.

Tracey said: “I absolutely love the community spirit we have in Renfrew, and I wanted this event to be a way of giving something back while also bringing people into the town and supporting local.”

She added: “The support for Saturday’s fundraiser has honestly been mind-blowing.

“So many wonderful local businesses and local people have donated prizes to our raffle.

“It was especially important to me to support a charity that is right here in our local area.”

The boutique is above the former Luna Rossa, with its entrance next to Dominic’s Chippy.
