Police are appealing for witnesses following an alleged assault in Wellmeadow Street, Paisley on Friday.
A man was out walking his dog when he was allegedly approached by a suspect male who punched him to the face at around 7.45pm.
The alleged suspect is described as 45-years-of age, 5′ 7”, thin build with short white hair, wearing a dark jacket and blue jeans.
Police Scotland, said: “Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101 quoting incident number 3867 of 01/11/2019. Alternatively, information can be provided to Crimestoppers on 0800555111.”
