Detectives at Paisley are appealing for information after a man was seriously assaulted in the town on Sunday 8th November 2015.
Around 7.30pm on Sunday evening, a 47 year-old man was making his way home and walking in Albion Street near its junction with Greenock Road, when he was approached by a man who seriously assaulted him.
The injured man was taken by ambulance to Paisley’s Royal Alexandra Hospital where he received treatment for a head injury, then later released.
The suspect is described as white, 30-35 years of age, around 5ft 5 inches in height of a medium build with short dark hair.
He was wearing a grey hooded jacket and jogging trousers.
