A Go Kart has been stolen from a secure container at an address in Bridge of Weir.

Sometime between 1.20am and 4.15am on Saturday 30th January 2016 a break in occurred at a secure container at the rear of Burndale Workshop, Johnstone Road, Bridge of Weir.

A Etheridge TKM 4 Orange Go-Kart along with spare parts was stolen valued in excess of £8,000.

Police in Johnstone are seeking any information in relation to this crime, including who is responsible and the Go-Karts current whereabouts and if anyone was seen acting suspiciously in Johnstone Road, Bridge of Weir in the early hours of Saturday morning.

If someone tries to sell the Go Kart or if you come across the Go Kart, the chassis number is 1378 and the engine number is K0303 Police have revealed.
