A 25 year-old-man has been arrested in connection with a car robbery near Aldi in Renfrew.
On Tuesday 17th May, a 24 year-old woman got into her Renault Clio which was parked behind Aldi in High Street, Renfrew when a man got into her car and threatened her with a weapon.
The incident happened on Tuesday 17th May 2016.
The woman got out the car and ran into a nearby shop for help and police were called.
She was uninjured but badly shaken as a result of the robbery.
The man who police have arrested will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal.
