Renfrewshire Council has chosen an area of land to the south of Paisley has been identified as a possible new community.
It’s part of Renfrewshire Council commitment to delivering opportunities for new housing and community facilities which meet the needs of existing residents and help to grow Scotland’s population.

A 115 hectare area of land to the south of Paisley has been identified in the Renfrewshire Local Development Plan as offering the potential for a new community which creates high quality housing with associated local facilities and open spaces.
The Council believe this could be delivered over the next 20 years.
