Renfrewshire has chosen to stay in the EU by 64.7%, but only 35.3% of those here voted to leave.
In actual votes 57,119 voted to stay, where 31,010 voted to leave the EU.
The count was held at the Lagoon Leisure Centre and it took 67 vans to bring all the ballot boxes for counting.

In East Renfrewshire the turnout was 76.1% and the vote was remain 39,345 and leave 13,596. The number of votes cast were 52,969 and there were 28 ballot papers rejected.
