Renfrewshire helping those in need is a new project which has been set up by myself and my partner to help those in our area who may be facing poverty through no fault of their own.
The aim of our project is to collect donations old or new that are still in good condition to be made into parcels for families in need this Winter. We are in contact with various charities and groups who assist families in need and people who require a parcel will be identified through these.
If you wish to donate items or money to help in any way those who are in need please message myself (Amanda Macdonald) or Jade Lochhead and we will arrange pick up for items.
Please note that we are a new project and not a charity therefore if we are buying items it is out of our own money, we do not receive any funding.
There is no limit to items we require however large or small your donation it is truly appreciated.
This would be an amazing way to stop end of line clothing being thrown in trash when so many families could hugely benefit from your help
