Paisley and Renfrew based Renfrewshire Cab Company has won the title of Best Scottish Cab Company.
The firm was awarded the title during the inaugural edition of the Scottish Taxi and Private Hire Awards.
The event was held at Glasgow’s Hilton DoubleTree Hotel on Saturday night and was attended by companies from across Scotland and leading individuals in the sector.
Paisley Cab Company Manager Hannah McCulloch said “This award is for all of the hard work our staff and drivers do round the clock, every day of the year.”
The company was also nominated for two other awards – the Marketing Award and the Community Awards.
She added: “To be nominated for a total of three awards is an incredible honour but to win the award decided by our customers means a lot. Our aim is to
provide excellent customer service while being safe and efficient.
“We always say we’re more than a taxi company – which is why our community work is such an important part of what we do here.”
