Around 12.40pm on Sunday 17/03 a 76yo woman was robbed of her hand bag on Sandy Rd, Renfrew.
Thanks to the quick thinking of three members of the public, the woman was assisted, the alleged suspect was pursued and Police were called.
A 54 year old male has been arrested.
