Police have closed a stretch of road in Johnstone after a man was found injured this morning.
Thorn Brae, the road connecting Thornhill to High Street, is closed with vehicles diverted via Ellerslie Street and John Lang Street.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 12.30am on Saturday, 8 June, 2024, officers received a report of a man having been injured on Thorn Brae, Johnstone.
“The man was taken to hospital.
“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
