Emergency services are on site following a fire at an abandoned building at Speirsfield Gardens, near to Stevenson Street, in Paisley.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed have seven appliances on scene.
No injuries have been reported.
Road closures have been implemented at Stevenson Street, Causeyside Street and at High Calside.
Residents are advised to keep windows and doors closed, and the public should avoid the area.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said: “We are currently in attendance at a fire within a derelict building on Paisley’s Speirsfield Gardens. We have seven appliances on scene and people are asked to avoid the area if possible.
“If you live nearby, please also keep windows and doors closed for the time being.”
