Paisley Pirates set for first home game of the season

🗓 11/09/2025

The Paisley Pirates are back on home ice this weekend as they face the Kirkcaldy Kestrels in their first home fixture of the 2024/25 Scottish National League season.
The Pirates come into the clash in high spirits following a 3–1 road victory over the Kestrels in Fife last weekend. Goals from Calum Blair, Ryan Campbell, and Robbie Thomson secured the win, while goaltender Daniel McGowan (attached image) was named Man of the Match for his standout performance. The game also saw Ryan Campbell score his first-ever goal for the Pirates.
Now the team turns their focus to Saturday’s return fixture at Braehead Arena, with all four of the Pirates’ captains set to take to the ice together for the first time this season.
