The Paisley Pirates produced a determined and emotionally charged performance on Sunday night as they claimed a 3–2 victory over the Dundee Rockets.

Paisley took the lead when Aiden Wilson calmly converted a penalty shot to give the home side early momentum. The Pirates continued to press and were rewarded with further goals from Garry Simpson and Mikey Dobson as they battled through a competitive and physical contest.

Dundee fought back to keep the game in the balance, but the Pirates showed composure in the closing stages to see out the win and collect another valuable two points.

In goal, Daniel McGowan was named Man of the Match after an outstanding display, producing several crucial saves late on to preserve the victory.

At the final buzzer, the Pirates dedicated the win to former coach Hector Adam, saying: “Hector, we hope you were watching up there — this one’s for you.”

The Pirates return to action at Braehead Arena on Saturday 14th December, with a 6:30pm face-off against the Whitley Warriors. Tickets are available online via Fanbase (Tickets can be purchased online:
