The hypocrisy is unreal! Apparently, when Renfrewshire Council uses AI, it’s innovation, but when ordinary people use it to understand their rights, submit FOIs and challenge decisions, suddenly it’s a problem!
Now we discover the council has already been using AI and is only NOW creating a register of its systems and risks!
Maybe they’re not worried about AI after all… maybe they’re worried about the public becoming better informed and asking questions they’d rather not answer!
