A Paisley-based makeup artist has won a national wedding industry award for the second year in a row.
Makeup by Stacey has been named a winner in the Hitched Wedding Awards 2026. The business also won the same award in 2025.
The awards are run by Hitched.co.uk and recognise wedding suppliers across the UK based on customer reviews alone.
Winners are decided using verified feedback from couples who were married in the previous year. For the 2026 awards, more than 45,000 reviews left during 2025 were analysed across over 31,000 wedding professionals.
To qualify, suppliers had to receive at least seven reviews between 1st January and 31st December 2025, with an average rating of 4.75 out of five or higher.
Makeup by Stacey was recognised in the Wedding Makeup Artist category. The award badge is now displayed on the business’s Hitched profile, where couples can view reviews from previous clients.
The Hitched Wedding Awards are part of a wider programme run by The Knot Worldwide Inc., which operates wedding platforms across Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia.
Raina Moskowitz said the awards highlight professionals who consistently earn trust from couples through their work and service.
