Police were called to Paisley early on Wednesday (20th May 2015) morning after a man was spotted walking around with a knife.
The incident happened before 4.30am, part of the town centre was closed off and armed police were called.
Police were seen talking to a young man and after an hour the incident was resolved and he was arrested.
There were no injuries reported and Police have confirmed that a 18-year-old man will appear at court on weapon and breach of the peace charges.
