Police Scotland has released an image of a man they wish to speak to in connection with a ‘racial incident’ at a filling station.
The insistent happened at the Shell Filling Station, Lonend, Paisley on Thursday 9th April 2015 at around 12.22am.
Officers have obtained CCTV images of the man who may be able to assist with their enquiries.
He is described as white, 25-30 years, fair hair, medium build, wearing a royal blue waterproof jacket and he was observed leaving the locus in a red Lexus motor vehicle with distinctive black alloy wheels.
Police Sergeant Kayley Renfrew said: “It is important that we speak to the male in the images as soon as possible as we believe he may have vital information about the incident.
“I would appeal to anyone who was in the area at the time and saw anything suspicious or recognises the male to contact police via the non-emergency number 101.
“Alternatively you can call CRIMESTOPPERS ON 0800 555 111 where all information can be provided anonymously.”
