A quantity of drugs with a street value of £130,000 have been recovered by officers in Paisley.
Around 12.35pm on Tuesday 5th January 2016 police officers, who were acting on information they received, searched an address in Dalskeith Road, Paisley where the alleged drugs were seized.
A 42 year old man was arrested for drugs offences under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and was held in custody to appear at Paisley Sheriff Court.
Local Area Commander, Chief Inspector Alison Kennedy said “This is a significant recovery of drugs that has been taken from circulation by my officers and our commitment to continue to target drug dealers within the communities of Paisley will not subside.
“We will continue to take robust action against anyone involved in the supply of drugs.
