Caring for someone experiencing depression or other mental health issues isn’t always easy, but it is extremely valuable.

RAMH has Carers’ Support Groups in East Renfrewshire with a new group in Barrhead running every Monday in July from 6-7pm.

The “Nurture Group” is an opportunity to discuss and share your experiences with other carers, in a safe, supportive and confidential environment. The members of the group will share and learn new self-management and self-care skills.

The Eastwood Carers Support Group starts again on Thursday 31st August, 6.30-8pm, supporting people through peer discussion support, consultation and advocacy.
