Taylor Wimpey West Scotland has announced that the first new homes at its Brooklands development will be available to reserve from the end of July, following a short information period when prospective purchasers from around Renfrewshire will be able to visit the sales office to find out more about the first homes available and see for themselves what the development has to offer.
The Brooklands development is located at the former Johnstone Hospital site on Bridge of Weir Road in Linwood, and it will offer 110 new homes with a range of three and four bedroom homes in a variety of styles and sizes to appeal to a wide range of customers.
