A man has been arrested in Renfrew after he was found to be in possession of a crowbar and snips.
On Sunday, officers received a call from a member of the public reporting a male acting suspiciously in the street.
The male was traced nearby by the attending officers who searched the suspect resulting in him being found in possession of a crowbar and snips, items that are regularly used to break into properties
The man was arrested and appeared at court today on Monday.
