Police are appealing for information after an attempted robbery in Renfrew.
A hole was cut in a steel container, owned by Renfrewshire Council, in an attempt to steal industrial gardening equipment.
The attempted theft happened in Renfrew in the grounds of Robertson Park between Monday midnight and Tuesday morning.
Police believe that the would be thief/thieves must have been scarred off and if anyone spotted anything suspicious they can call Police on 101.
