Miller & Carter Steakhouse is pleased to announce the arrival of a new restaurant in Newton Mearns, following the success of its Glasgow city centre restaurant, which opened earlier this year in March.
The premium steakhouse is due to open in mid-November 2016 following an extensive refurbishment, which will commence on 10th October 2016.
Located on Stewarton Road, the new Miller & Carter will be the second site to open in the Greater Glasgow area and is seeking to recruit 25 talented team members including chefs and waiting team. The new Miller & Carter is also on the lookout for any budding bartenders who can shake up a cocktail and match wines to the perfect steak.
The new Steakhouse will be converting from The Osprey Vintage Inn, as part of owners Mitchells & Butlers commitment to continually review their estate.

Miller & Carter serve only premium-graded scotch beef, which is sourced from carefully selected cattle reared on sustainable Scottish farms, before being matured for at least 30 days. A choice of 12 quality cuts, including a 30oz Longbone Tomahawk and our award-winning Sirloin, are then hand-prepared by our master butcher and expertly grilled by specially trained chefs.
