Renfrewshire Council have (or has) rejected a planning application for a Burger King restaurant to be built in at Newmains Road, Renfrew.
The plans were rejected unanimously at the Renfrewshire Council Communities, Housing & Planning Policy Board meeting today.
The application shows that the new fast food outlet would have been built on a space within the existing Tesco car park on Newmains Road.
Burger King are able to appeal the decision.
