Virgin Media customers across Renfrewshire have lost their TV signal after a fault occurred around 5pm tonight.
Some users have also lost their internet and telephone connections.
Customers in Glasgow and Greenock are also suffering problems.
Virgin Media says their engineers are working on a fix but are unable to confirm a time on when services will return.
