Virgin Media customers across Renfrewshire have lost their TV signal after a fault occurred around 5pm tonight.
Some users have also lost their internet and telephone connections.
Customers in the West of Scotland, as well as other places across the UK are also suffering problems.
At 8pm tonight, Virgin Media estimates that engineers may have the service up and running for 9.25pm
