Local residents and members of Ferguslie Park Community Council had a huge job on their hands when they took part in a ‘Team Up to Clean Up’ at Glen Coats Park, Oakridge Crescent, Paisley.
Have you ever tried to fight back the ever-encroaching weeds in your garden, times it by 100, then try keeping on top of this huge non-funded project with only basic tools.
Though, it didn’t stop the determination of these volunteer residents had when it came to making their part of Paisley sparkle.
If you’re a superstore or business with unsold stock or tools you no longer need, please think about all these community action groups, like this one, out there struggling to get the job done who would be happy to take them off your hands.
