This company is operated on paper by a Ms Donya Flower, but it is her partner, Ossian Stewart, who runs the Company’s business of construction and general residential construction projects. They operated out of premises in Clarkston and East Kilbride.
The Company have substantial tax debts which have gone unpaid and it is my understanding that the former company’s customers / members of the public may have had work completed, or in the process of being complete, by this Company, or by Mr Stewart. Any such member of the public should contact the Liquidator of the Company – Annette Menzies, c/o William Duncan + Co, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow. The Liquidator requests that the general public exercise caution when engaging with any party who reports to be Ossie Contracts Limited and suggests that any member of the public who has had or is currently undergoing any work by the Company, or any party purporting to be the company, to contact the Liquidator. No payments should be released to the Company without firstly consulting with the Liquidtor of her staff.
