A man has been arrested after he was found to be carrying a knife in Paisley.
Officers were called to a disturbance at around 11.45pm on Wednesday at Glen Street, Paisley. When they arrived a group of men were fighting in the street with one armed with a metal pole.
The man with the metal pole was arrested and when searched he was found with a lock back knife in his possession.
He appeared at Paisley Sheriff Court on the following day where he was remanded in custody.
