Polling places have opened across Renfrewshire as residents vote in the European elections.
A total of six MEPs will be elected in Scotland which is classed as a single constituency.
Across the UK, 73 MEPs will be elected in 12 multi-member regional constituencies. The rest of Europe will place their votes between now and Sunday.
Polling stations in Scotland will remain open until 10pm.
Votes will be counted in Paisley on Sunday with the successful candidates announced in Edinburgh later in the day.
Every nation in Europe will declare their results on Sunday.
