Taylor Wimpey West Scotland has announced that pre-construction and the enabling works for a development of 110 new homes at its Brooklands development at the former Johnstone Hospital site on Bridge of Weir Road in Linwood has now begun.
The development, which will deliver a range of three and four bedroom homes, has been designed to provide a range of options to appeal to a wide range of buyers.
As well as a good choice of family homes, the development will include the creation of a recreational space, a new footpath link, as well as the associated infrastructure for a development of this nature.
