Detectives are appealing for information from the public after a 34-year-old man was robbed in Paisley on Friday.

The victim was walking along Foxbar Road near to Brediland Road when he was approached by a man and woman who started speaking to him. They threatened him and walked him into a nearby wooded area where he was robbed of his phone and a two-figure sum of cash.

The robbery happened at around 12.50pm on Friday 21st June 2019.

The male suspect was of medium to large build and was wearing a dark-grey and red tracksuit. The woman was wearing a dark jacket and had dark coloured hair which was tied back in a ponytail.
