Police Officers in Renfrew have carried out speed checks yesterday evening after complaints from residents.

The Roads Policing Team stopped a number of vehicles and the drivers were warned and no fines issued at Broadloan, Renfrew.

Police Scotland said that the highest speed recorded was 35mph.

They warned: “We will be targeting this area repeatedly over coming weeks at different times and dates. If you use this area please drive carefully.”
