Football, gymnastics, rock climbing, and kayaking are just some of the action-packed activities available for young people in Renfrewshire to enjoy this summer.
OneRen’s activity camps will be returning from 30th June, with Active Schools Renfrewshire delivering six weeks of indoor and outdoor activities across the region.
Events over the course of the summer will cater for young people from P1 to S6.
Fiona Watson, Sports and Health Services Manager at OneRen, said: “Our exciting, active, and affordable camps are a great way to keep children occupied during the summer.
“They’re fantastic, fun-filled environments, keeping children fit, healthy, and enjoying each other’s company with events delivered by our terrific team of coaches.”
Sessions can be booked for single days or full weeks, with early drop-off and late pick-up options available. Events include:
- Multi-activity Camps for P1 – S2 pupils at On-X, Linwood, from 30th June until 8th August
- Football Camp for P1 – S2 pupils at Park Mains High School, Erskine, from 7th July until 8th August
- Dance and Gymnastics Camp for P1 – S1 pupils. These will be held at On-X in Linwood from 30th June until 4th July and Park Mains High School, Erskine, from 14th July until 1st August
- Summer Outdoor Programme for P7 to S6 pupils. These will run at various venues and—depending on the weather—will feature gorge walking, rock climbing, paddlesports, abseiling, biking, and bushcraft

Discounts are available for additional children and families on income support.
Activities will not run on the public holiday on Monday 4th August.
