A six-strong team from Holmes Mackillop Solicitors is preparing to tackle the Kelpies Challenge later this month – a unique 1.5-hour assault course set high inside the iconic heads of the world-famous sculptures.
On Sunday 26th October, Carole Johnston, Mark Joseph, Hannah McKay, Ellie MacDonald, Sam Hamilton and Abbie Watt will embark on the thrilling adventure which promises to push their limits, test their nerves and raise vital funds for St Vincent’s Hospice.
The hospice, which serves communities across Renfrewshire and parts of North Ayrshire, provides specialist care for people living with life-limiting illnesses. Its services include inpatient care, community nursing, day services and bereavement support, all delivered with a person-centred approach.
Carole Johnston, director and head of Holmes Mackillop’s Johnstone office, said: “As a charity, St Vincent’s Hospice relies on the generosity of volunteers, donors, and supporters to continue providing this essential care. Here at Holmes Mackillop, we are proud to support the wonderful work they do.
“We would welcome your support. Your generosity will help this fantastic charity continue their vital services and will give us the encouragement to keep climbing – even when our legs are shaking!”
