A brand new early-morning bootcamp has kicked off at Johnstone Burgh’s Keanie Park — helping locals get fit and active in time for Christmas.

The Fresh Start Burgh Bootcamp takes place every Monday and Wednesday at 6am in the top car park at Keanie Park, led by NRJY Training. The first two sessions took place last week and the next block begins on Monday 13th and Wednesday 15th October.

Each session costs just £5 and is designed to help participants boost their energy, strength, and motivation, all before the working day begins. Participants are asked to bring their own exercise mat.

NRJY Training, run by a Level 3 qualified personal trainer, focuses on empowering people to move better, feel stronger, and live with purpose. Offering both one-to-one and online coaching, the business provides tailored workouts that deliver real results.
