St Mirren have been recognised as one of the biggest movers in the latest Scottish Premiership market value update, with fresh figures from Transfermarkt.co.uk showing The Buddies squad has climbed to €7.5 million, roughly £6.4 million.
The 5.4% increase reflects a steady surge in individual player valuations, fuelled by consistent performances, strong coaching and a squad that continues to punch above its financial weight in the league. Among mid-table clubs, the rise places St Mirren among the most improved in this update cycle.
Celtic remain top overall with a squad value of €126.5m (£107.5m) despite a slight dip, while Rangers hold second place at €94m (£79.9m) after a 10% drop. Hearts, meanwhile, continue their upward trajectory with an 11.9% jump to €21m (£17.9m).
Further down the table, Dundee and Kilmarnock also show notable percentage increases, but none of the mid-table clubs can match the steady upward curve St Mirren have produced across the last year.
