A pop-up pantry will take place in Johnstone tomorrow, offering residents access to low-cost food.
Thorn Athletic has teamed up with Active Communities and Johnstone Teeny Tots to deliver the initiative at its grounds in Greenend Avenue.
The subsidised food store will offer a range of items including fresh fruit and vegetables, chilled food and dairy, as well as tinned goods.
Organisers are encouraging locals to attend and “shop smarter and save money” as part of the scheme, which aims to support households with the cost of everyday groceries.
The event will take place on Tuesday 31st March from 10am to 11:30am.
