Police are appealing for information after a group of motorbike riders were struck by a car in Bishopton before the driver left the scene.
The incident happened on Greenock Road at around 1.30pm on Saturday, 11th July, 2026.
Police Scotland said a group of riders on motorbikes were struck by a grey Nissan Juke. The vehicle left the scene before officers arrived.
No serious injuries were reported.
Detective Sergeant Kenny McLachlan said: “Luckily no one was seriously injured during this incident, and our enquiries are ongoing to trace those involved.
“I am appealing to anyone who witnessed the crash or saw the vehicle prior to get in contact with officers.
“I’d also ask that those driving in the area at the time with a dash-cam review the footage to see if it has captured anything that could assist with our investigation.
“Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 1757 of 11th July, 2026. Alternatively, information can be passed anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
