Dobbies at Braehead is inviting children to take part in a free gardening workshop exploring the changing colours of autumn.
The Little Seedlings Club session will take place on Sunday 6th September and will focus on the changing seasons and colours that appear as autumn arrives.
Children will learn about autumn colour displays in nature and how plants and animals prepare for winter.
There will also be games and hands-on activities about autumn wildlife, while children will have the chance to plant their own daffodil bulb to take home and grow for spring.
The monthly Little Seedlings Club workshops at the Braehead store combine practical activities with learning about nature and wildlife.
Dobbies’ Event Programme Manager, Hannah Stephen, said: “September’s Little Seedlings Club is a great opportunity for children to embrace the changing season and discover how plants and wildlife adapt as autumn arrives. It’s a fascinating topic that encourages young minds to explore and appreciate the natural world around them.
